This experience is not to be missed. Spend the night in a luxurious, well-equipped river igloo and admire a spectacular panoramic view from the shore of the lovely Oulujoki River.

Our safe, high-quality floating igloos have been built in Finland by AuroraHut. The igloos are equipped with a plush, indulgent double bed to offer you a good night’s sleep under a marvellous glass roof, in your own privacy and away from the everyday hustle and bustle. The igloos are heated and air conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay in any weather. The gorgeous terrace at the front of the igloo is your first-row seat to enjoying the Oulujoki River. Why not take a refreshing swim in the river right from your own terrace? For this, the igloo is equipped with a swimming ladder.

You can chill out on the terrace, enjoying the scenery and clean environment. The river igloo also provides an inspiring setting for conferences or relaxed get-togethers with friends. The igloo has a kitchenette for preparing your own meals, and a food cellar with 28-litre mini fridge for food storage.

The river igloo is an ecological and pleasant way to experience the midnight sun in the northern scenery of the Oulujoki River.

Book and pay for the accommodation conveniently through our online booking calendar. After receiving the payment, we will send you a booking confirmation and the check-in instructions by e-mail.

The mobile key will be sent to you before the date of your arrival.

The Koivuranta Igloos do not have a conventional reception desk, and there is no need for a specific check-in – just activate your mobile key!

If you have any questions before your trip or during your stay, we are happy to help you over the phone or by e-mail. The staff at Koivuranta Sauna Raft is also at your service during the opening hours of the raft.

The check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 noon.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks prior to the reserved date. If the cancellation is made one week prior to the reserved date, we charge 50% of the booking price, and within 7 days prior to the reserved date, we charge 100% of the price of the booking and the ordered meals.
